Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using our services. By engaging our professional cleaning services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by ShinePrime Professional Cleaning ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and ShinePrime Professional Cleaning, a professional cleaning agency operating from SM CDO Downtown Premier, Cagayan de Oro City, Philippines.

2. Definitions

  • "Services" refers to all cleaning, maintenance, and related services offered by ShinePrime Professional Cleaning.
  • "Client" or "Customer" means the individual or entity who requests or purchases our services.
  • "Service Agreement" means the specific contract or agreement between the client and ShinePrime for the provision of services.
  • "Premises" refers to the location where cleaning services are to be performed.
  • "Cleaning Schedule" means the agreed-upon frequency and timing of cleaning services.

3. Service Description

ShinePrime Professional Cleaning provides comprehensive cleaning services including but not limited to:

Residential Services

  • • House cleaning and maintenance
  • • Deep cleaning services
  • • Move-in/move-out cleaning
  • • Post-construction cleanup
  • • Appliance cleaning

Commercial Services

  • • Office cleaning and maintenance
  • • Retail space cleaning
  • • Medical facility cleaning
  • • Educational institution services
  • • Event cleanup

4. Service Agreement and Scheduling

4.1 Service Scheduling

Services are provided during our regular operating hours: Monday through Saturday from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and Sunday from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Special arrangements may be made for after-hours service at an additional cost.

4.2 Cancellations and Rescheduling

Clients must provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling of services. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the scheduled service cost.

4.3 Access to Premises

Clients must ensure that our cleaning team has reasonable access to the premises at the scheduled time. We are not responsible for delays caused by inaccessible or locked premises.

5. Payment Terms

Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

  • • Bank transfers
  • • Credit and debit cards
  • • Mobile payment applications (GCash, PayMaya)

5.1 Invoice Payment

Payment is due immediately upon completion of services unless other arrangements have been made in writing. For recurring services, payment is required weekly or monthly as agreed upon in the service agreement.

5.2 Late Payment

Payments not received within 7 days of the due date may result in suspension of services until payment is received in full. A late fee of 2% per month may be applied to overdue amounts.

    Property Preparation: Remove personal items, valuables, and fragile objects from areas to be cleaned unless specific arrangements have been made.

    Access and Security: Provide safe and reasonable access to cleaning areas. Clients are responsible for ensuring the security of their property during and after our services.

    Special Instructions: Inform us of any specific cleaning requirements, allergies, or areas requiring special attention before service begins.

    Inspection and Feedback: Inspect the completed work and provide feedback within 24 hours to address any concerns.

7. Liability and Insurance

7.1 Insurance Coverage

ShinePrime Professional Cleaning maintains comprehensive liability insurance coverage. We are fully insured and bonded, protecting both our clients and our team members.

7.2 Damage and Loss

In the unlikely event of damage caused by our negligence, we will work with you to resolve the issue. Damage claims must be reported within 48 hours of service completion with photographic evidence.

Important Note:

We are not responsible for damage to fragile items, heirlooms, or items not properly secured or identified as requiring special care.

8. Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our work and offer a satisfaction guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with our service, please contact us within 24 hours, and we will return to re-clean the specific areas of concern at no additional charge.

9. Privacy and Confidentiality

We respect the privacy and confidentiality of our clients. All team members are thoroughly screened and trained to handle personal and sensitive information with the utmost care and discretion.

10. Safety and Environmental Responsibility

11. Modifications to Terms

ShinePrime Professional Cleaning reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website and will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of our services after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Notification of Changes

Significant changes to these Terms will be communicated to existing clients via email or written notice at least 30 days prior to the effective date.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be resolved through:

  1. Direct Communication: We encourage open communication to resolve any concerns immediately.
  2. Mediation: If direct communication doesn't resolve the issue, mediation may be requested.
  3. Legal Proceedings: If necessary, disputes may be resolved through appropriate legal channels in Cagayan de Oro City, Philippines.
